Privacy Policy
Effective 18 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Phronexus collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have. It covers this marketing site and the enquiries you send us. It does not cover customer data processed inside a Phronexus system that you host.
1. Who we are
Phronexus (“Phronexus”, “we”, “us”) operates https://phronexus-ai.com. We are based in Tunis, Tunisia. For personal data collected through this website, Phronexus is the controller.

2. What this policy covers — and what it does not
This policy applies to visitors of this website, people who submit a form, subscribe to Insights by email, comment on an Insight, request a demo, ask for an ROI summary, or otherwise contact us.
It does not apply to prompts, documents, or other content that your staff put into a Phronexus system running on your premises or in an environment you control. Those systems are designed so that that content stays with you. Processing of that content is governed by the contract we sign with you, not by this website policy.
3. Personal data we collect
We collect only what the site actually uses:
- Enquiries. Name, work email, company, country, team size, the product you are interested in, and the message you write. You choose to send this.
- Demo bookings. When you pick a slot, Cal.com collects your name, email, timezone, and any answers on the booking form, then sends us the appointment. That booking is handled by Cal.com, not by our contact form.
- ROI requests. If you ask for an ROI summary, the figures you entered in the calculator and the work email you provide.
- Insights newsletter. The email address you enter if you ask us to send new Insights. We use it only for that list, until you unsubscribe.
- Insights comments. Name, email, and the comment you write. Your name and comment are published on that article. Your email is not shown publicly; we keep it so we can contact you about the comment if needed.
- Campaign context. First-touch source, medium, campaign, referrer, and landing page, stored in your browser for the session and attached to an enquiry only if you submit a form. This is so we know which page or campaign a serious enquiry came from.
- Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, generated by hosting the site.
- Measurement and advertising data. Only if you allow it: page views, clicks on calls to action, and similar events, collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Advertising tags in Tag Manager run only if you also allow marketing. See the Cookie Notice.
We do not sell personal data. We do not buy lists. We only send Insights by email if you subscribe on this site.
4. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following grounds. Where Tunisian Law n°2004-63 on the protection of personal data applies, we process data for the stated purposes and as permitted by that law.
- To answer you and to prepare a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): contact, quote, and partnership forms, demo bookings through Cal.com, and the follow-up those enquiries require.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): running a B2B website, keeping it secure, publishing comments you chose to post, understanding which public page led to an enquiry, and keeping a record of business correspondence. You may object. We will stop unless we have a compelling ground or the data is needed for a legal claim.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a), and the ePrivacy rules on cookies): the Insights email list you opt into, analytics and marketing cookies, and Google Tag Manager. You can refuse or withdraw at any time without affecting the rest of the site. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already happened.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): where we must keep records, for example accounting or a regulatory request.
6. Who receives the data
We share personal data only as needed to operate this site and respond to you:
- People at Phronexus who handle sales, delivery, and support.
- The hosting and infrastructure providers that serve this website.
- MongoDB Inc. (MongoDB Atlas), used to store form submissions, newsletter subscribers, and comments so we can reply, moderate, and review later.
- Hostinger, which hosts the company mailbox. When you subscribe to Insights, we send a confirmation from that mailbox. The subscriber list itself is stored in our database.
- Telegram, used as an internal channel so the team is notified when a form is submitted or a comment is posted. The message includes the fields you entered and, where present, campaign context.
- Cal.com, Inc., which hosts the scheduling embed and processes the booking (name, email, timezone, and any answers you give on that form). See Cal.com’s privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, only if you allow analytics or marketing: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and any advertising tags you have allowed in that container.
- Professional advisers or authorities if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect our rights.
If you click WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Facebook, those services process your interaction under their own policies. We do not load their tracking pixels on this site unless you have allowed marketing and the relevant tag is present in Tag Manager.
7. International transfers
Phronexus is established in Tunisia. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, sending an enquiry or using this site transfers the relevant information to Tunisia. That transfer is necessary to provide what you asked for.
Google, Telegram, MongoDB Atlas, Hostinger, and Cal.com may process data in the United States, the EU, and other countries. Those providers apply their own transfer tools (including, where they offer it, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). We do not load Google measurement tags unless you consent. The Cal.com embed loads only when you open a booking page or choose “Book a demo”.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiry, demo booking, and ROI requests: for the sales discussion and up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a contract, dispute, or legal duty requires longer. Cal.com also keeps the appointment under its own retention.
- Insights newsletter: until you unsubscribe or we stop the list, then deleted within a reasonable period. Confirmation emails are sent from our Hostinger mailbox.
- Insights comments: while the comment remains published, then for a short period after we hide or delete it. Email addresses attached to comments are not shown on the page.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months, then the banner is shown again.
- Campaign context in the browser: for the browsing session only.
- Analytics data: according to the retention set in Google Analytics, and only if you allowed it.
- Server logs: for a short period needed for security and operations, then deleted or aggregated.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, restrict access to enquiry data to people who need it, and do not put customer workspace content through this marketing site. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority where the law requires it.
10. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and receive a copy in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights are not absolute.
Email support@phronexus-ai.com with enough detail for us to find your data. We may need to verify who you are. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including:
- In Tunisia: the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).
- In the EEA: your local data protection authority. A list is published by the European Data Protection Board.
- In the United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
11. Children
This website is directed at businesses and professional buyers. It is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices or the law change. The effective date above is the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
