Terms of Service
Effective 18 August 2026
These terms govern use of this website and any free trial or demo access we provide through it. They do not replace a signed customer agreement for a paid Phronexus deployment. If the two conflict, the signed customer agreement controls for that deployment.
1. Agreement
By using https://phronexus-ai.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. If you are using the Site for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Paid systems, hardware, private-cloud subscriptions, and support are sold under a separate order or master agreement.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by Phronexus, based in Tunis, Tunisia. Contact: support@phronexus-ai.com · +21650508213.
3. The website
The Site is a commercial presentation of Phronexus. Descriptions of products, timelines, pricing, and results are informational. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment until we issue a written proposal or contract and you accept it.
We may change or withdraw pages, demos, or calculators without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site is uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code, though we take reasonable care to keep it available and secure.
4. No professional advice
Content on the Site, including material aimed at law firms, clinics, and other regulated businesses, is general information about our technology. It is not legal, medical, clinical, financial, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your own regulatory duties. A Phronexus deployment does not, by itself, make your organisation compliant with any particular statute.
5. Estimators and ROI figures
The estimate flow and ROI calculator produce illustrations from the numbers you enter and from assumptions we state on the page. They are not forecasts, guarantees of savings, or audited financial models. Actual cost, usage, and benefit depend on your environment, which we measure properly only in an assessment or under contract.
6. Free node and demo access
A free or trial node, dashboard login, or hosted demo is provided as-is, for evaluation, for a limited period, and may be shared infrastructure. It is not the same as an on-premises system you own.
- Do not put highly sensitive, clinical, legally privileged, or production customer data into a free or shared demo environment unless we have agreed in writing that the environment is suitable.
- We may suspend or end demo access at any time, including for misuse, inactivity, or capacity.
- Demo credentials are for you. Do not share them publicly or resell access.
- When the trial ends, we may delete the demo instance and data on it. Export anything you need before then.
- Features, models, uptime, and support on a free node may be narrower than a paid deployment. The Site will say so where we can.
7. Enquiries and comments
If you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that we may use it to respond, as described in the Privacy Policy. We aim to reply within two working hours on Tunisian business days, but that is a target, not a contractual service level for the Site.
If you comment on Insights, you grant Phronexus a non-exclusive licence to publish your name and comment on that page. You remain responsible for what you write. We may hide or delete comments that are spam, abusive, unlawful, or off-topic.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Misuse the Site, a demo, or our systems, including probing, scraping at a volume that degrades service, or attempting unauthorised access.
- Use the Site or a demo to send unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Present yourself as us, or use our marks, except as allowed in section 9.
- Reverse engineer hosted software except to the extent applicable law allows and cannot be waived.
- Use a free node as production infrastructure for third parties.
We may block access if we reasonably believe these rules are broken.
9. Intellectual property
The Site, including text, layout, graphics, the Phronexus name and mark, and software we show or provide for evaluation, is owned by Phronexus or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the Site for its intended commercial-evaluation purpose. No other licence is granted.
Ownership of a paid system — hardware you purchase, licences we grant, and data you put into a system you host — is defined in the customer contract, not here. The public claim that you can own the system is a product description; the contract is what transfers or licences the relevant rights.
10. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Cal.com, or other third parties. Those services are not under our control. Your use of them is governed by their terms. Optional measurement tools are described in the Cookie Notice and do not run without consent. Booking a demo loads Cal.com so you can choose a time.
11. Liability
The Site and any free demo are provided without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phronexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the Site or a free demo, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability arising from the Site or a free demo is limited to EUR 100, or the amount you paid us for that website access (usually none), whichever is greater. This cap does not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived. The Site is aimed at professional buyers.
12. Indemnity
If you use the Site or a demo on behalf of a business, that business will indemnify Phronexus against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Site or demo, or from content you submit, except to the extent we caused the loss by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Tunis have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information, and except for mandatory rights you may have in your country of residence.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms. For a material change that affects a free demo you are already using, we will use reasonable efforts to notify the email you gave us.
